Office of External and Community Affairs

The Office of External Affairs was formally established in October 2007. Its primary task is to take charge of both local and international linkages of Systems Plus College Foundation. The office is also the college's contact point with the general public, local community, international and local government offices, interest groups and the news media. It is responsible for developing public relations and outreach strategies for the college.

The Office of External and Community Affairs provides the following services:

International Linkages
It promotes, facilitates, and assesses international linkages, which are beneficial to the college in terms of academic enrichment of the faculty, internationalization of curricula, institutional development, and improved physical resources.

Industry Linkages
It establishes communication rapport between the school and the industrial environment within the area and oversees the integrated institutional-wide program of the Dual Training System.

Marketing and Press Services
It supports, promotes and enhances the image of the college. It is also responsible in designing marketing strategies that build pride in SPCF and cultivate recognition among potential students. It also coordinates all external advertising campaigns, designs advertisements for prints and produces commercial spots for radio and television.

Community Extension Services
It aims to instill among students and personnel the value of community service and volunteerism towards their fellowmen through specific programs and projects, which complement the mission of transforming individuals into mature and responsible citizens of the country.

National Service Training Program
It is responsible for the operation of the NSTP across all colleges. The program aims to contribute to the welfare and the betterment of life for the members of the community and enhancement of its facilities, especially those which are geared towards improving health, education, environment, livelihood, safety, recreation and morals of the citizenry.

Alumni Affairs
The Office of the Alumni Affairs (OAA) was established to serve as the link between the alumni and the institution. The office sees to it that its alumni are involved in the office's mission and vision by participating in different activities pertinent to the accomplishment of its goals.
