The HRD is a crucial office in an organization. It works for the general welfare and development of all the employees on one hand and protects the interests of the school on the other.
It disciplines erring employees and sometimes terminates their employment when the interests of the school are at stake. It is devoted to providing effective policies, procedures and guidelines for the smooth operation of the school. Additionally, the HRD function serves to make sure that the school's vision, mission, values and objectives are optimized.
