Policies, Procedures and Requirements

 

Policies                                                                  

 

The following requirements are considered in selecting the applicants for admission:

 

  1. Record of academic performance in the previous school;
  2. SPCFCAT score report; and,

The Systems Plus College Foundation College Admission Test (SPCFCAT) test is open to all students who meet the college’s academic standards, are willing to commit themselves to the mission-vision and abide by the rules and regulations of the college.

  1. Recommendation letters from the principal and the guidance counselor.

 

Procedures

 

The applicant shall:

 

  1. secure application forms and other materials from the Admissions Office after paying an application and processing fee at the Accounting Office;
  2. submit all the requirements with the specified period of time for evaluation; and,
  3. after submission of all requirements, be scheduled for the SPCFCAT administered by the Guidance Office;
  4. be informed if qualified, unqualified or included in the wait-list, at least three days after the date of the admission test or as announced by the examiner based on the evaluation of credentials and examination results; and,
  5. be scheduled for an interview by the head/dean, if a qualified or a wait-list applicant.

  • Certification of Moral Conduct
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate (for Female Applicants Only)
  • Four 2x2 Colored Photos (with white background)
  • Medical Certificate (for incoming Nursing Students)
  • SPCFCAT Result

 

TRANSFEREES

 

  • Transfer Credential
  • Original Transcript of Records (for Second Coursers)
  • Certification of Moral Conduct
  • Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
  • Marriage Certificate (for Female Applicants Only)
  • Police/Barangay Certificate
  • Four 2x2 Colored Photo (with white background)
  • Medical Certificate (for incoming Nursing Students)
  • SPCFCAT Result
