Dr. Paulo Oliver John Fuller, a University of Oxford graduate of Social Work is joining Systems Plus College Foundation as the Dean of the College of Social Work.

Dr. Fuller earned his BS Social Work from the University of California, Los Angeles. He finished his Master of Social and Doctor of Philosophy in Social work from the University of Oxford. A Peer reviewer and a research officer, Dr. Fuller in currently involved in an anti-human trafficking project of Renew Foundation, an NGO (nongovernment organization) that assists Filipina women who are victim of trafficking.

`Together with researchers from University of Oxford and Brown University, USA, Dr. Fuller is currently engaged in research projects for troubled children and women trafficked into sex work.
