Systems Plus College Foundation College Admission Test (SPCFCAT) is open to all students who meet its academic standards and are willing to commit themselves to the mission-vision as well as abide by the rules and regulations of the College.
Admission Policies and Procedures
The following requirements are considered in selecting the applicants for admission:
- Academic performance in previous school
- SPCFCAT scores
- Recommendation letters from officials of previous school
The process by which an applicant must undergo:
- The applicant must secure application forms and other materials from the Office of the Admission after payment of the application and processing fees at the Accounting Office.
- The applicant is required to submit all the requirements within the specified period of time for evaluation.
- After submission of all requirements, the applicants shall be scheduled for the SPCFCAT to be administered by the Guidance Office.
- Based on the evaluation of credentials and examination results, the applicant shall be informed whether he/she is qualified, wait listed or not qualified, at least three (3) days after the date of testing or as announced by the examiner or log on to www.spcf.edu.ph.
- Qualified and wait listed applicant shall be schedule for interview by the Dean/Head.

- Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for female applicants only)
- Five 2x2 Colored Photo (with white background)
- Medical Certificate (for Incoming/Transferee Nursing Students)
- SPCFCAT Result
- Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal
- Original Transcript of Records (for Second Coursers)
- Certification of Moral Conduct
- Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for female applicants only)
- Police/Barangay Clearance
- Five 2x2 Colored Photo (with white background)
- Medical Certificate (for Incoming/Transferee Nursing Students)
- SPCFCAT Result
- Original copy of grades of the school last attended for evaluation purposed
- Certification of Moral Conduct
- Verified copy of the Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
- Verified copy of Passport
- Marriage Certificate (for female applicants only)
- Five 2x2 Colored Photo(with white background)
- Medical Certificate (for Incoming/Transferee Nursing Students)
- Test on English Proficiency on the following with an acceptable score. The applicant must coordinate with the Office of the Foreign Student Affairs in taking up the TOEIC exams, and submit a copy of his/her score to the Office of the Admission. (for college)

Immigration Requirements
Student Visa Applicants for Students Enrolling in the Tertiary Level- Written endorsement from the school for the conversion of applicant’s status to student on the school’s official stationary signed by the school’s Registrar and stamped with school’s official dry seal;
- Original copy of the Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the school’s official dry seal;
- Original copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for Medicine and Dentistry students;
- Proof of adequate financial support to cover expenses for the student’s accommodation and subsistence, as well as school dues and other incidental expenses;
- Scholastic records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located in the student’s country of origin or legal residence;
- Police Clearance Certificate issued by the National Police Authorities in the student’s country of origin or residence duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post having consular jurisdiction over the place of student who resided in the Philippines for less than 59 days;
( However, for student who resided in the Philippine for more than 59 days at the time he applies for the said change / conversion of his admission status to that of a student, he shall also be required to submit the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance.) - Quarantine Medical Clearance Certificate by the National Quarantine Office;
- Copy of the student’s Personal History Statement signed by the student with a 2 x 2-inch photograph recently taken;
- Xerox copy of the photo, data and stamp of the latest arrival pages of the passport of the student. The passport itself shall be presented to this office for verification;
- N.I.C.A (National Intelligence Coordinating Agency) Clearance – Main Building 3 rd Floor Room 303, NICA & DEROGATORY Section
- Duly notarized letter request from the Applicant.
- Duly notarized letter request from the applicant;
- Duly notarized General Application Form accomplished by the applicant (BI Form No. MCL-07-01);
- Original copy of the Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the school’s official dry seal or a duly notarized written endorsement from the school for the conversion of the applicant’s status signed by the school’s Registrar;
- Original copy of Medical Certificate issued by the Bureau of Quarantine and International Health Surveillance or a government medical institution with competence to certify that the applicant is not afflicted with any dangerous, contagious or loathsome disease and is mentally fit;
- Plain photocopy of applicant’s passport bio-page, latest admission and authorized stay;
- National Intelligence Coordinating Agency Clearance;
- Bureau of Immigration (BI) Clearance Certificate
- Duly notarized letter request from the applicant; (addressed to)

Acting Alien Control Officer, Clark District Office - General Application Form duly accomplished and notarized (BI Form No. MCL-07-01)
- Certificate of Acceptance issued by learning institutions duly accredited by the Bureau of Immigration to accept foreign students.
- Plain photocopy of passport reflecting applicant’s bio-page and authorized stay;
- Plain photocopy of passport of appointed guardian.
Foreign students seeking admission shall pass the given Student Admission Test or equivalent test such as :
