Office of the Registrar
The Registrar's Office is an important component of the school system that receives files, keeps and prints student's records and school data with utmost care and strict confidentiality following established rules of the school and of regulatory offices in the Commission on Higher Education and TESDA. The staffs of the Registrar's Office are always ready and willing to provide appropriate services to the students, teachers, school administrator, alumni and their parents with regards to students' academic records. Their actions and actuations, functions, and services are based on the Registrar's Office objectives.
Mission
The Systems Plus College Foundation Registrar's Office upholds the mission of the College by providing efficient enrollment processes, accurate academic record maintenance and reporting, and sound student information and data management for students, faculty, and staff of the College. The Registrar's Office seeks to provide such services in a customer-friendly and ethical manner, ensuring the confidentiality and security of the records.Vision

- To maintain a central system of complete educational records for the school
- To create quality Students' Permanent School Records
- To maintain indexes as to departments
- To improve accessibility of records adopting effective and efficient systems of record's filing to deliver quality service
- To maintain and to safeguard the confidentiality of Student's School Permanent Records
- To establish closer coordination and linkages with other service departments of the school, promoting good working relationships with them
- To prepare statistical reports as required by regulatory and accreditation bodies in the Commission on Higher Education
Functions of the Registrar's Office
- Recording Teachers' Reports of Ratings, Enrollment Data, Students' Permanent Records, CHED and TESDA Reports.
- Data collection with regards to Students' School records
- Preparation of Statistical Reports on enrollment
- Preparation and production of the following forms:
- Enrollment Forms
- Permits and Clearance Forms
- Grading Sheets
- Transcript of Records
- Report on Promotions and Graduation Forms
- Graduation programs
- Curricula
- School enrollment (Distribution, Encoding and Issuance of Official School Registration Forms)
- Preparation, distribution, collection, recording and filing of grading sheets
- Preparation and issuance of Systems data
- Preparation and submission of school data to TESDA and CHED
- Preparation and issuance of TOR and Certificates
- Distribution of relative school forms and curricula
- Dissemination of information on new rules, regulations and requirements relating to school records
