Enrollment Requirements

The following requirements must be submitted to the Registrar's Office before admission:

  • Report Card/Form 137
  • Certification of Moral Conduct
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Four pcs. 2x2 Colored Photo (with white background)
  • SPCF Entrance Examination

Pre-Enrollment Procedures
  • Register for SPCF Entrance Examination at the Admissions Office
  • Proceed to Window 8 (Accounting Office) for payment of the SPCF Entrance Examination fee
  • Proceed to the Guidance Office for the SPCF Entrance Examination and be advised for the schedule of releasing of Entrance Examination Result and Interview Form

Enrollment Procedures
  • College
    1. Admission Office - Fill out the Enrollment Application Form and present all the requirements for Enrollment OR you may download the Enrollment Form at www.spcf.edu.ph/admissions
    2. Foreign Students only - proceed to Foreign Students Office and submit original and photocopy of SSP, ACR, Passport and or VISA
    3. Proceed to College Dean/Head for evaluation and for approval of section and class schedule
    4. If necessary, proceed to the NSTP Office (Guidance Office) for NSTP enrollment
    5. Proceed to Window 8 (Accounting Office) for payment
    6. Proceed to Registrar's Office to get your computerized Official Registration Form
    7. Proceed to Library for registration and issuance of library card
    8. Proceed to ID Section
