As a repository of student records, the Office of the Registrar is both a source and resource of data that can be used for various researches, since the records are fully computerized and procedures are in order.

  1. Fill out a student’s Clearance form available at the Registrar’s Office.
  2. Proceed to the specified offices stated in the clearance form for signature.
  3. Fill-out the payment form and pay at the Accounting Office. Show your official receipt to the records evaluator who will give you the claim stub.
  1. The processing period for Transcript of Record and Form 137 is seven (7) working days upon request.
  2. The processing period for Diploma and Transfer Credential is one (1) month upon request.
  3. The processing period for Certification and GMC is three (3) working days upon request.
